Four knockdowns in two minutes forces doctor to put a stop to gruesome UFC Vegas 105 beatdown

UFC Welterweight Rhys McKee achieved his first Octagon win in style at UFC Vegas 105.

Rhys McKee lost heavy fighting on Alex Morono and Khamzat Chimaev earlier in his MMA career, but earned his first UFC victory by turning his opponent into a bloody mess.

McKee and UFC First-Timer Daniel Frunza set up an intriguing welter weight setup on the UFC Vegas 105 Prelims on Saturday. Frunza obtained a UFC contract through the Dana White Contender Series in September and achieved five consecutive interrupt victories to achieve a place on the welter weight grid.

But tonight was Van McKee, who conquered his first UFC victory with the performance of his life.

Rhys McKee floors Daniel Frunza four times in the first round at UFC Vegas 105

It was not long before McKee had shown his wealth of experience in the Octagon against the UFC newcomer Frunza. Just a few seconds in the fight McKee Frunza dropped on the body with a smooth right hand, followed by a left.

McKee continued to put pressure on Frunza with his puncture and right hand while the first round played out, so four knockdowns were cut in the opening round. To the honor of Frunza, he wanted to keep fighting, despite countless almost finishes from McKee.

Frunza made the horn after a hectic first round, but deep cuts on his lip and cheek led the doctor to wave the fight. It was McKee's first UFC victory and first stop win in almost two years.

It was an amazing version of the former Cage Warriors title holder McKee in his second Stint in the UFC. After earning the CW-Welterweight title, McKee was again signed at the UFC and lost back-to-back decisions to Chidi Njokuani and Ange Loosa.

But McKee came to the opportunity at UFC Vegas 105, despite entering the fight with Frunza as a light underdog. Under enormous pressure and a large spotlight, McKee protected UFC roster place with a brutal finish.

McKee's victory broke a series of four straight decisions to start the UFC Vegas 105 card. In the opening fight of the event, UFC Strawweight Vanessa Demopoulos dropped a crooked decision to Talita Alencar in which fans were called to call her release.

In McKee's first UFC Stint he dropped a first round of TKO finish to Chimaev on UFC Fight Island 3. Chimaev is expected to get the next middleweight title shot against Dricus du Plessis.

UFC Vegas 105 was tormented by a featherweight matchup between Josh Emmett and Lerone Murphy.
