The 2025 winter transfer window opens in less than two weeks. There will undoubtedly be plenty of La Liga clubs looking to expand their squads before the second half of the season kicks off in mid-January, and one player who could do that is on the shortlist of many in Spain is Arthur Melo.
Arthur is a player well known in La Liga, having previously played for Barcelona. He is now back at Juventus, although he has no fame there at all. As a result, he will almost certainly leave in January.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio (via Football Italia), four La Liga clubs are interested in Arthur's services: Valencia, Villarreal, Sevilla and Real Betis. They would pursue a loan agreement with these parties, rather than a permanent agreement.
It remains to be seen whether Arthur will return to La Liga in the coming weeks. If he can put aside the injury problems he has had in recent years, he would be a very valuable asset to any of the above clubs.
