Francis Ngannou did not give up hope one day to fight against UFC Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones.
'The Predator' will take another break from MMA to concentrate on great opportunities in boxing after earlier sharing the ring with Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua.
Yet he is expected to participate in his first sport this year at some point. PFL is looking for potential opponents for him to face, but there is a clear lack of attractive options since his fast Ko victory on Renan Ferreira in October.
Of course, a cross-promotion fight with Jon Jones remains at the top of the wish list of every MMA fan and Francis Ngannou insists that the most powerful man in Boks, Turki Alshikh, can help make the greatest fight in MMA.

Francis Ngannou offers Jon Jones Fight Update
Ngannou believes that Dana White stands in the way of a super fight between him and Jones.
Nevertheless, he has some hope that Alalshikh will be able to convince the UFC boss to make it happen.
If that is not the case, the 38-year-old is happy with his career and confidence that other major fights will come together.
“I think it is something that could possibly happen,” Ngannou told Sportsbook Review.
“If you can pass Dana White, it can happen [but] That is a huge obstacle. But personally I don't care. I am doing well. I do my things at my pace. I don't care. That won't change my sleep for me.
'To be honest, I think there are many big fights [for me]. Yes, Jon Jones would be a great fight, a fantastic fight. I have always hoped for that fight [but] My hope and my expectation for being a fight have faded over time.
“But there are still big fights. How big was my fight against Tyson Fury? How big do you think a second battle for the worst will be? Turki Alalshikh does not need Dana White to do a huge fight. He needs Dana White for the fight of Ngannou-Jon Jones, but he doesn't need Dana White. “
Francis Ngannou breaks down Jon Jones vs Tom Aspinall
A much more likely fight for Jones is with the UFC -Interim heavyweight champion, Tom Aspinall.
Negotiations for their unification have taken place since Jones Ko'd Stipe Miocic on UFC 309 in November.
Regardless of his rivalry with Jones, Ngannou supports him to beat Aspinall when their fight comes off.
“I think Tom Aspinall is very dynamic, Jon is very experienced,” he added.
“In the course of his career, Jon has seen many people similar to Tom Aspinall, while Tom Aspinall has not seen many people like Jon Jones, so I think this is the advantage that Jon could have.
“Jon has the experience. You know what they say, “Young monkey is going fast, the old monkey knows the way.” Jon Jones has the benefit based on his experience and where he is in life. “
