Humble Beginning Define Francis Ngannou, the PFL Super-Fight Heavyweight Champion, and Lineal UFC Openweight and heavyweight title holder.
'The Predator' comes from Cameroon, where he started a tough journey to create a better future for himself and his family in the West. His story could not be a Hollywood film with ups and downs words.
Ngannou found his way to Paris, France, where he slept in the gym and planned a career in boxing. Only when he debuted in the UFC that he discovered his true calling: the greatest and most dangerous hunters in the UFC collapse.

Francis Ngannou made his debut in the UFC as an unknown hunter and delivered a knockout from the peak reel
Ngannou made his UFC debut in 2015 with a record of five victories and one loss. In those early days, the commentary team had difficulty saying his name correctly. Francis 'Gannow' was an enigmatic figure – few could have predicted the power he would unleash in his fists.
8-1 (1NC) 22-year-old heavyweight Luis Henrique was the debut opponent of Ngannou and he offered a stiff test. Henrique took Ngannou to the ground early, but favorable referee separated the two heavyweights after an attack of inactivity. This happened several times during the fight.
Ngannou benefited from his withered enemy halfway through the round two, where a 1-2-3 combination found his mark and Henrique sought the cage. Ngannou smelled blood and lived his 'predator' monicker by stalking Henrique aan de Kooi and getting a monster -upcut that dropped his enemy like a bag of potatoes.
Francis Ngannou is the Linear UFC champion
Ngannou does not have the UFC heavyweight title, but he never lost it, making him the linear title holder. Until Ngannou loses in MMA, this title will never be passed on spiritually. Ngannou defeated Renan Ferreira in the PFL for the last time.
A less well-known fact about Ngannou is that he is also the linear UFC champion, starting at UFC 1, where Royce Gracie Gerard Gordeau defeated the inaugural championship.
