Real Madrid is on its way to unveil their fourth signing of the summer transfer window in Franco Mastantuono.
Los Blancos focused on defense as part of the opening weeks of Xabi Alonso, on both sides of the FIFA Club World Cup, with Trent Alexander-Arnold, Deean Huijsen and Alvaro Carreras who all arrive.
However, Alonso was also quickly from the goal to secure the highly valued Mastantuono of the river plate, but the deal is delayed.
On 13 June an agreement was reached about a six -year contract, but River Plate asked that he stayed with them for the World Cup club, and the current transfer rule prevented him from signing him for Real Madrid until his 18th birthday.
The Argentina International will grow up on August 14, where he can officially train as a Real Madrid player and can start life under Alonso.
With the club that wants to guarantee its rapid adaptation to life in the Spanish capital, Mastantuono has now landed in Spain for a two -week registration in the period.
For his flight from Buenos Aires, Mastantuono spoke about his excitement and the chance to replicate Los Blancos icon Alfredo di Stefano.
“I am very happy. I have been waiting for this day for a long time. I am very happy that I am back in Madrid,” according to Marca.
“Di Stefano was a great player, a football legend. I said I want to follow in his footsteps, by playing for River Plate and then going to Real Madrid. For me it is great to be able to follow that path and hopefully I can do the same as he.”
Mastantuono wore the No.30 shirt on the river plate, and some predictions have placed him no. 16 in Madrid – as Endrick Felipe leaves loan – and he played claims to want the no. 10 about Kylian Mbappe.
