A revitalized Tottenham Hotspur under former Brentford manager Thomas Frank will break into the top five of the Premier League next season, has predicted Omroep Gordon Smart.
Smart spoke with Mark Clattenburg on the Podcast of the mail's whistleblowers and claimed that the 'charisma and personality' of Frank, in combination with a number of cunning summer transfer, could see Spurs come back between the elite parties of the competition.

Smart then doubled his daring prediction, in the conviction of the rivals of Tottenham such as Newcastle and Aston Villa, drops will suffer in shape.
