Cole Palmer was the star of the show on the field when Chelsea was crowned Conference League Champions.
After a slow start, in which Real Betis saw a first half 1-0 lead, Palmer inspired a huge comeback in the second half to see Chelsea win 4-1.
Palmer took two assists for the equalizer and the goal, so that they were at the forefront of Wroclaw, Poland, while Chelsea wrote history by completing the UEFA Trophy collection.
The 23-year-old, however, was also cash register after the last whistle.
From funny answers in interviews to a stunning gesture with the trophy.
Sunsport looked at five ways in which Palmer was the star of the show, even after the final:
Sideways
Once Chelsea's Talisman and Creative Guru, Palmer's two assists typed the kind of player he is, an outsider on the ball.
Palmer spoke with reporters after the game and admitted that he was “sick” to play the ball safely before he appeared with his two assists.
He said: “Yes, I was tired of getting the ball and going backwards and sideways.
“So I thought if I got the next ball, I will just go. And it worked.”
Party 'No comment'
This time Palmer spoke with the American broadcaster CBS Sports.
CBS is known for its more relaxed style of asking players compared to British broadcasters TNT sports.
And that came over when the Panel Palmer asked how he was planning to celebrate the victory, with the Chelsea star giving a typical hilarious reaction.
Palmer did not give anything away because he quickly said, “No comment.”
Aim an outburst of laughter of the studio team and a brutal grin from Palmer.
Interview with dad
Palmer appeared in an interview with his father, Scott, after winning the Conference League.
We have already touched Palmer's casual style of answering questions after the final.
Unfortunately for the Bein Sports Interviewer, Scott was not much better either.
Scott was asked his thoughts about the performance of Palmer after he was named Man of the Match.
He answered and said, “Yes, he did well. The game turned, gave us the victory.”
Palmer then joked that it was his father's fault, he always gave short answers in interviews, where Scott added: “Short and sweet.”
Fans found the interaction funny when they realized that the apple fell not far from the tree in the Palmer family.
A supporter responded and said, “As a father as a son.”
Talk on Tosin
Back in the press conference space, Palmer also expressed his opinion about the player of the Tournament Award.
Just when the press walked down, Palmer intervened to ask who the player of the tournament prize for the competition.
He was told that it was the panel of the UEFA Technical Observer.
Palmer then grinned against himself before he said: “Can someone tell him that Tosin [Adarabioyo] Want it. “
The comment led to laughter from the room.
'I have no bags'
Palmer left fans stunned with the special way in which he decided to keep his husband off the Match Award of the final.
CBS reporter Anita Jones noted that Palmer put his personal trophy in his waistband to talk to her.
She noticed: “Cole, interesting way to wear your trophy there.”
And Palmer simply replied: “I have no bags, so I put it there.”
Fans loved his answer, in which Palmer regularly went viral for his cool reactions and hilarious attitude in interviews.
A fan wrote on social media: “Effortlessly funny.”
While another added: “I hope this man never changes.”
