Fulham 2-2 Bournemouth: Ouattara scores 89th-minute equaliser

Dango Ouattara's 89th-minute goal rescued a point for Bournemouth as Fulham were held to an entertaining 2-2 draw at Craven Cottage.

The home side looked set to pip their rivals to sixth place when Harry Wilson netted his fifth goal of the season, but Ouattara's deft finish over Bernd Leno ensured both teams maintained their unbeaten runs, which have stretched to seven games on both fronts extensive.

Raul Jimenez's header from Andreas Pereira's corner (40) was canceled out by Evanilson's brilliant turn to finish six minutes after the break (51). Silva's men would once again demonstrate their fighting qualities this season as Wilson burst into Bournemouth's penalty area to restore the home side's lead (72).

But Bournemouth have developed a habit of scoring crucial late goals through substitutes as replacement Ouattara would write the final chapter of this helter-skelter match on the banks of the River Thames.

The result means Fulham remain in eighth place, while Bournemouth remain above them in sixth place after nineteen games this season.
