‘Get him out of the Apex’ … UFC fans react to thrilling ‘fight of the year’ at UFC Vegas 108

One of the best UFC fights in 2025 took place without a crowd.

UFC Vegas 108 went off from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday evening.

The topping of the 12-field card was a five-round flight weight fight between top candidate Tatsuro Taira and the unbeaten Hyun Sung Park.

The Undercard contained a number of prospects and veterans, with eternal competition Neil Magny The Record Bond for the second most victories in UFC history and teammate of Diego Lopes Austin Bashi who improves to 14-1 in his first UFC victory.

Towards the end of the night, two light weights threw down in a battle of the annual candidate.

Fans want Esteban Ribovics from the UFC Apex forever after another winning three-round war

The Esteban Riabovics from Argentina improved on Saturday evening to 15-2 with an almost finish of lightweight elves Brener.

Ribovics and Brener each landed 123 strikes over three rounds of back and forth action. Riabovics exceeded Brener through four strikes in the important strike totals and took home the heavily fought unanimous decision gain.

Before they went to the jury's score cards, the light weights left it all on the line in the last seconds of the fight, standing and commercial shots until the bell sounded.

This is hardly of Ribovics' first Rodeo when the UFC star won a new battle of the year of the atmosphere on UFC 306 in September.

Fans were upset to see a hunter so exciting as he was in the Crowdless UFC Apex for the second time this year.

“Riabovics is one of the nicest hunters in the UFC. Get it from the top,” wrote a fan on X.

“Esteban Ribovics has to fight for a crowd for the rest of his career and not the top. Guy brings it every time,” added another fan.

“The fights and hunters are great. They should fight in an arena,” said another fan.

“Foty -Competent. Probably not big enough commitment and the top has hurt that pain. But Holy -” said a fan about Ribovics vs. Brener.

The Co-Main event of UFC Vegas 108 was just as entertaining

The fans were treated this weekend to back-to-back Fight of the Year opportunities.

In the Co-Main event of the evening, Poland's Mateusz Rebecki waged war with Chris Duncan in Scotland.

Just like the fight for that, Rebecki and Duncan all went the rounds and beating each other's faces. Both hunters left the octagon with massive swelling and cut around their eyes.

Duncan got his hand lifted by a unanimous decision.
