One of the most active hunters in the UFC history has been set to make his return in October.
On Tuesday evening, Dana White announced a huge middleweight battle that will lead the coming return of the promotion to Vancouver.
The most important event between Reinier de Ridder and Anthony Hernandez was not the only addition that the UFC president added to the Octagon 18 card.
One hunter, known for his constant activity, had hoped to break one of the records of the promotion this year.
Although this looks unlikely after different losses, it seems that these setbacks have not filled his goals.
Fans respond to Kevin Holland's return to Mike Malott on October 18
At UFC 318 last month, Kevin Holland and Daniel Rodriguez did a battle of the annual candidate, in which 'D-Rod one of his biggest victories was collected.
This setback was the second defeat of Holland of the Year, after he had already boarded the Octagon in 2025 four times.
'Trailblazer' is currently bound for having most UFC victories in a calendar year after producing five consecutive victories in 2020.
Dana White announced that Holland will be in action again on October 18 to face the Canadian star Mike Malott in a goodweight matchup.

Fans have regularly expressed their concern that the activity of the 32-year-old hurts his career, which was especially true in this case, given that he was beaten just over a month ago in an absolute war.
In various posts of the announcement of the battle there were questions about the decision of Holland.
“Great test to see how washed Holland has become.”
“Kevin on a cte speed run.”
'Another loss for Kevin. This will be ridiculous. He has to fight for a few fights against tomato matches. '
“Of course Kevin Holland fights again.”
“Whatever happens, I am sure he will also fight in December.”
'His head is not even in the game anymore, he makes so much bread. No drive. '
Two other large matchups were confirmed on October 20 for UFC Vancouver
Together with the main event and the fifth fight by Kevin Holland from 2025, the UFC also confirmed two other large periods on their way to Canada.
Another home hunter, Aiemann Zahabi, takes on Marlon 'Chito' Vera in a collision between two top 10 -arranged bantam weights.
One of the other major Canadian stars of the Roster, Jasmine Jasudavicius, will also be back in action if she puts her #5 ranking in flying weight on the former title challenge, Manon Fiorot.
With deployment in multiple weight classes, October 20 seems to be a strong fighting night card.
