Gianfranco Zola has called his greatest teammates XI – and he recorded three former Chelsea players.
Zola is a blues of all time, has illuminated the Premier League during his match days as one of the most brilliant imports of English football.
During his seven years at Stamford Bridge, he scored 80 goals and 42 assists in 312 performances – with the Italian departure only a year before the big takeover of Roman Abramovich.
Before he came to Chelsea in 1996, Zola played with some of the biggest names of the game in Napoli and Parma and in the Italian national team.
The 58-year-old was a studio guest for Sky Sports reports of Chelsea's 2-1 victory over West Ham and him was asked to call his best teammates.
