Gimenez scored a second goal for his new club to earn Milan their 1-0 win.
He said: “The career of a player is always a marathon! But I am sure there will be more goals.

After Andriy Shevchenko and Christian Pulisic, Gimenez becomes the third player who scores for Milan on his Serie A Home debut.
