Madelene, 26, was seen wearing a green top and bottoms, complete with red suspenders.
She was also seen wearing thigh-high red and white socks.
This completed the tree, which had a huge red bow at the top.
Meanwhile, red and silver baubles were scattered across the branches, alongside lights, acorns and Christmas crackers.
Madelene left Leyton Orient in the summer.
Her joining the O's marked a return to the beautiful game after a four-year hiatus.
But while she is now without a club, she makes money through her Instagram and OnlyFans pages.
