“What Real Madrid wants is that their fans believe that this competition will be purchased”
Gonzalo Miró stated:
“In my opinion, based on what is already known from the Negreira case, there are plenty of arguments to ban FC Barcelona to the Primera RFEF … I am not biased about this,” he explained to Juanma Castaño.
The Negreira case reportedly includes Barcelona € 1.4 million paid to Enríquez Negreira, a former vice president of the technical committee of Spain of referees.
Gonzalo Miró emphasizes the reasons why Real Madrid “Print” referees
Miró also concentrated on the pressure that Real Madrid, especially through his media -outlet Real Madrid TV, is said to have referees. This was intensified after the referee's press conference De Burgotxea for the final of Copa del Rey.
“What Real Madrid does with the referees is outrageous, and I believe it serves different goals: first, to put pressure on referees; second, to justify their defeats; and third, to damage the image of La Liga to insist on the founding of the European Super League,” Miró said.
Regarding the purpose of this alleged pressure, he added:
“It seems to me that what Real Madrid wants is that their fans believe that this competition is worthless, that it has been bought, that everything is agreed, and that if it was not for the referees, they would have won much more titles.”
