Fans were happy to see that a former hunter who achieved great success in the Octagon found a new career path.
Modern Fight -fans may not remember how feared Johny Hendricks was during his best years in the Welterweight Division of the UFC.
His series of impressive victories and knockouts led 'Bigg Rigg' to a classic title fight with Georges St-Pierre that many still believe that Hendricks should have won.
The Run of the American in the UFC came to an awkward end in 2017, with Paulo Costa Hendricks dismantled on UFC 217 in a fight that Joe Rogan claimed was 'an attack'.
After a bare knuckle -box fight in 2018, the former Welterweight champion hung up the gloves and started a career outside fighting that he still maintains to this day.
