Jack Grealishe is one of the biggest stars of the Premier League, but essentially he is a loving family man.
The Star of Manchester City devoted his goal against Leicester to his little brother on Wednesday on the birthday of his death.
It is not the first time he has paid tribute to Keelan, who died at the age of nine months from Cot Death.
When he scored his first senior goal in the 2013/14 season while he was on loan in Notts County, he devoted it to Keelan.
And in November 2018 while playing for Aston Villa, he did the same after scoring in a 4-2 victory over Birmingham.
Grealisk stitched the tears back while he spoke about Keelan after his last goal and what it means to his family.
The English star has been open about the death of his baby brother and the handicap of his little sister Hollie and describes her as his “best friend”.
He said earlier: “My little brother died when I was young.
“My little sister has cerebral palsy, so she knows, she is as my best friend. I speak to her all the time.
“She will live with my mother forever, so my mother always took care of the children, while my father would take me and my brother to Villa Park on a Saturday.
“We are so close. She was born premature for three months and they said she couldn't talk.
“And here we are today, and she can do anything.”
Grealishe celebrated last season of City's title victory with Hollie on the Etihad field.
With the medal of his winners around his neck embraced Grealisk and kissed her on the cheek.
He often expresses how proud he is on his sister and sang her praise after she started her first job as a waitress.
Grealisk shared a photo of Hollie at work and wrote: “Go on Hols. First job … Birmingham's best waitress. Proud of you.”
The 29-year-old has previously talked about how Hollie was born early for three months and added: “They said she couldn't talk, she could not walk and do many things, but here we are and she can do anything.
“I'm so close to my little sister. I love her so much.” He has called Hollie his “inspiration” and his “hero”.
Although Hollie is his best friend, Grealisk always makes time for his other sister Kiera and ensures that Keelan remembers with moving tribute.
After his goal on the birthday of the death of Keelanan, Grealisk said: “I felt that I deserved to play tonight and I was just happy. It was a nice day because my little brother died today 25 years ago.
“So this day is always difficult in the family. My mother and dad were here and I think this day is always difficult in the family, so to score and win is brilliant.”
