Jack Grealishe floned with his handy footwork when he organized a Michael Flatley style Riverdance Jig on a night out in Dubai.
England's bait went on the way to the sun to lick his wounds after he was chased from the new three Lions boss Thomas Tuchel's team.
He also spent a large part of the international break with a personal trainer to get the rest of the season in top condition.
After he enjoyed some drinks at Irish Bar McGettans JLT in Dubai, the £ 100m Manchester City Ace danced away to beat the blues.
A source said: “Jack was stripped to be dumped from the English team.
“He also has wrestling for form in Manchester.
“So a sunshine break with friends was exactly what he needed to put a spring back in his step for the rest of the season.”
Tuchel has kept the door open for Grealisk to return to the England fold.
The City Star has only started six Premier League matches this season and is without a goal at the top of the top since December 2023.
Grealisk missed Gareth Southgate's Euro 2024 team but returned to the side under Interim -Baas Lee Carsley.
English boss Tuchel said: “I love Jack. I love everything to him. I love his personality, I love his quality.
“Is he a player who should be available and can have an impact in our team?
“Yes, 100 percent. But lately he just has no rhythm and he and I agree 100 percent with this.
“He said:” Listen Thomas, I'm not a start-stop player.
“It is so difficult for me to influence a match from the bank and then sit on the couch again, and then I will start again two weeks later”.
“I don't judge anyone, not at all, but it's just a characteristic of Jack. He gets better with every minute.”
Grealishe opened the “most difficult year of his life” last month in an emotional interview.
The former Aston Villa star welcomed baby Mila Rose in September with girlfriend Sasha Attwood.
But his euro snub and loss of form for the city brought the £ 100 million people to a tough place.
Grealisk admitted: “Last year, all year round itself, it was strange because my daughter was born, but apart from that it was one of the most difficult years.
“Probably the most difficult year of my life for many reasons, on and outside the field.”
Grealish was the toast of the northeast earlier this month after a social club to walk in and to get a round.
The winger bought 200 pints for happy gamblers in the North Biddick Social Club in Washington.
Grealisk posed for photos and talked to the locals during a visit to Richard Logan, 37, brother of colleague Three Lions star Jordan Pickford.
A local punter told The Daily Mail: “Jack was a total gentleman.
“£ 500 is enough to keep the entire bar in pints for a few hours.
“What a star he was, he can come back at any time.”
