Grealish to lead Man City exit list with Guardiola ready to sell EIGHT players

Jack Grealisk is reportedly set to lead a purification of the Manchester City team in the summer.

Pep Guardiola will clear his team in the summer after a disappointing season.

Manchester City was dumped from the Champions League on Wednesday evening by Real Madrid.

The European failure has followed an exit from the Carabao Cup and a matte defense of the Premier League title.

The only hope of the club on silverware this season is in the FA Cup with a 5th round draw against Plymouth Argyle on March 1.

The CityZens splash the money in January with controversial arrivals from Omar Marmoush, Nico Gonzalez, Abdukodir Khusanov and Vior Reis.

But the Summer Transfer window is coming, the club wants to cut the team off.

The Daily Star has claimed that eight former title winners would be on their way from the club.

This includes people like Grealish, Kevin De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva, John Stones, Mateo Kovacic, Ilkay Gundogan and Ederson.

Kyle Walker is also expected to leave for a permanent deal when he returns from his loan saying at AC Milan.

All players are 30 and older, which suggests that Guardiola would like to add more youth to his team.

Because the current season is almost a depreciation for the club, Guardiola must give priority to the future.

The Spaniard is expected to have confidence in the four January arrangements to enter them for next season.

However, this must be weighed with the results on the field, where the club has still not guaranteed a Champions League spot for next season.

Man City has already signed Juma Bah from Real Valladolid and lent him to RC -Lens until the summer.

The club is also tipped with an interest in Bayer Leverkusen -Ster Florian Wirtz and Juventus defender Andrea Cambiaso.
