Man City boss Pep Guardiola has surprised fans by debuting a new look during his summer vacation.
Guardiola and his husband City Squad enjoy free time after their extended season 2024-25, which ended with the FIFA Club World Cup.
Man City bowed out of the competition on 30 June with a surprise 4-3 defeat for Saudi-Arab side Al-Hilal after extra time.
With Man City Back for a short preseason prior to the new campaign, Guardiola was seen on a trip to the Monarka clinic in Barcelona, a center that was aimed at offering regenerative treatments and high-quality recovery.
Fans were surprised to see that Guardiola dumped his typical facial hair, with the beard of the Spaniard being shaved.
Instead, the 54-year-old was seen with the sporty, only a mustache during the visit to the clinic.
Some fans of Man City jokes suggested that the daring new look could be a promising sign for their fortunes for the new season, after an underwhelming 2024-25 campaign.
“Premier League should now vibrate,” said a fan.
“You can't win the Premier League with that tash,” added another.

Others compared the new look of Guardiola with that of Ted Lasso in the Hit Apple TV series, a show The Man City Boss has previously made a cameo appearance.
“Pep Guardiola has now inspired a mustache by Ted Lasso while he wants to turn things around after the disastrous season of Manchester City,” a fan claimed.
The new look of Guardiola also led to fans who remembered the admiration of the Spaniard for the viewer of a reporter in 2021.
During a press conference, Guardiola had told TNT sports reporter Fred Caldeira 'I really love your mustache, Fred. You are so attractive and sexy. '
The reporter had responded by revealing Guardiola that he had previously had a beard he had chosen to shave.
Guardiola's visit to the Monarka clinic in Barcelona came a month after it was announced that he had invested in practice.
The man of the man City revealed that he suffered earlier from a chronic back problem, which was relieved after he was treated by Mireia Illueca, a neurosurgeon expert in pain and minimally invasive surgery.
Guardiola will be checked in at his investment and will come back to take the lead in the start of the training of Man City on Monday before the season.
Man City has currently only planned one pre -season match for the new campaign, in which Guardiola's silk encounters the Italian side on August 9.
Their Premier League season starts against Wolves on August 16.
