Guardiola does an Postecoglou with gesture to his own fans in bizarre scenes

Pep Guardiola made a bizarre gesture to his own fans in a movement directly from the Ange Postecoglou playbook.

The Premier League champions stood at home with 2-0 to Crystal Palace after goals from Ebereechi Eze and Chris Richards.

Kevin De Bruyne withdrew one for City – depicting a emphatic fightingback with Omar Marmoush, just a few minutes later.

It sent the Home City fans wild – but manager Guardiola seemed to make a continuous gesture to his own supporters.

The Spaniard focused his finger on his ear and waved his arms up and down to Etihad's believers.

It is known that Guardiola is rather to supporters gesture in an attempt to get them going as the 12th man.

But fans online couldn't help it, but compare the boss of ex-Barcelona with Tottenham Manager Postecoglou under Vuren.

One said, “Is he disguised!”

Another added: “Pep thinks he is ange.”

A third joke: “Pep changes to Ange.”

Postecoglou surprised Spurs fans by replacing Lucas Bergvall by Pape Matar Sarr on Stamford Bridge earlier this month.

The contingent of the road answered by singing: “You don't know what you are doing.”

SARR, however, bubbled a long-ranger in the back of the net.

And Postecoglou reacted through his ears to his club's own fans – only for the goal to be abolished by VAR.

Spurs lost 1-0 and Postecoglou explained: “I want them to be happy – we just scored a crystal goal.

“I wanted them to be really enthusiastic. I felt that we could possibly continue at the time and win the game.”
