Viktor Gyokees claims that he is as good as Erling Haaland and Harry Kane as his Arsenal Transfersaga sweated.
The striker, 27, on a “revenge” mission to cause Prem Mayhem, has refused to train at the sport, with Gunners £ 4.3 million shy for a valuation of £ 69 million.
Asked if he was right to Kane and Haaland, he said: “I am definitely one of them.
“I am now at the same table as she. What I have succeeded in doing when exercising, I am convinced that I can reach everywhere.
“You haven't seen the best of me yet.”
Sporting traveled to the Algarve yesterday for the preseason without the Sweden Vooruit when club president Frederico Varandas fired a warning for Gyokees, who should be fined for his no-show.
Gyokees was cautious about every summer movement in an interview with the French publication L'Equipe.
He added: “Maybe. That's football, you never know. I don't think about it, we will see what is happening.
“The most important thing for me is to just play for a club that really wants me.”
And Varandas issued a strong explanation about the future of Gyokeres last night.
He said: “We are calm. Everything can be solved with the closure of the market, a heavy fine and an apology to the group.
'If she [Arsenal] I do not want to pay Viktor's fair market value, we will be very comfortable there for the next three years.
“If the geniuses that come up with this strategy think that this puts me pressure to make it easier for him to leave, not only are they completely wrong, but they also make it more complicated for the player to leave.
“Nobody is above the interests of the club. Whoever they are.”
The Swede is determined to move to Arsenal despite the interest of Manchester United, who recently tried him three times to sign him.
Gyokeres did not succeed in appearing a single premium in Brighton in three years and then had two successful seasons at Coventry.
When asked about the Prem, he added: “It is one of the greatest competitions in Europe.
“I spent a few years there without playing a single match.
“So of course it's something I would like to do. It would be great revenge.”
