Haaland’s Aston Martin collected from airport by Man City after injury scare.

Erling Haaland's car was gathered on Sunday evening by a city officer in Manchester, after he had sustained an injury against Bournemouth.

The 24-year-old was seen and left the Vitality Stadium on crutches with a protective boot after the quarterfinals of the FA Cup.

He was forced with what an injury seemed to be to his ankle in the 61st minute, shortly after the same of Man City.

Pep Guardiola then admitted that he did not know the extent of the damage.

He said: “I don't know yet. I saw him on the massage table, but I didn't speak to him or the doctors. We'll have to see it.”

After the injury, Haaland was unable to manage his new £ 350,000 Aston Martin DBX 707 when he returned to Manchester.

The lime -green vehicle was collected instead by a city employee.

Man City came from behind to beat Bournemouth 2-1 in the Vitality Stadium.

Cherries striker Evanilson broke the impasse in the 21st minute, but Haaland made it right after the break.

It didn't take long for Omar Marmoush, who replaced the striker when he was injured, to turn the game upside down and to seal the victory for Guardiola's side.

The ruling Premier League champions will now be confronted with Nottingham Forest in the semi-final in Wembley.

After the game, Guardiola said: “There are minimum requirements that we have to show – respect for your partner, you have to make the effort. And today we did it.

“I spoke with the team during the break, so we are good. We are in your hands. We only admitted one shot on goal.

“That means how Bernardo, KOVA, the senior players, the legendary players who give the most incredible things in the club, take them another step and have made an excellent performance.”
