Barcelona was not easy against Borussia Dortmund, but they did enough to book their place in the semi -final of the Champions League. They were beaten 3-1 on Tuesday in their quarterfinals second stage, but in the end they progressed 5-3.

Dortmund was on top of the Signal Iduma Park during the 90 minutes, and a Serhou Guirassy Hattrick ensured that Barcelona lost for the first time in 2025. However, it was not enough for them. According to Diario As, Hansi Flick gave his assessment of the match.

“They were a very good opponent and the atmosphere was huge. It is not easy to play these kinds of games. In the end we qualified, what our goal was. Two games were played. We won the first 4-0 and lost 3-1 here.

“It is important that we analyze today's game, but we have also played a lot of games and it can be normal. We always want to do the same, but it is not always possible. We still have faith in it, although we have to admit that they are in trouble. You are no euphoria in the dressing room;

Barcelona is confronted with Inter Milan or Bayern Munich in the semi -final, with their quarter -final draw to play a conclusion on Wednesday. Flick has no favorite in terms of their next opponent.

“I am at home and enjoy the game. I have no favorites. I don't prefer anyone.”
