Harry Amass has been named Jimmy Murphy Young Player of the Year of Manchester United after a breakthrough season for the talented defender.
Amass, 18, got his first performance for the senior side of the bank in the victory in Leicester in March before he made his full debut in the defeat of Newcastle last month.
The left back has since started four Premier League matches under Ruben Amorim and plays 90 minutes in the losses in Brentford and at home at West Ham. He also played in the Home Europa League matches against Lyon and Athletic Club.
The teenager arrived in United from Watford in 2023 and flourished with both the teams under 18 and under-21.
While Erik ten Hag was in charge, Amass trained routinely with the first team and made the bank for a number of first team matches.
This season, Amass also represented the U18s of England, where he has established the young lions against Portugal in March.

Amass joins a prestigious list of winners of the Young Player of the Year Award, named after the legendary coach Jimmy Murphy of United.
