Harry Kane broke his silence about his future of Bayern Munich after it was revealed that he has a release clause in his contract that could pave the way for his return to the Premier League.
Included in the £ 120 million from the English captain to the Bundesliga club of Tottenham was a buy-out determination in his contract that he can activate.
Indications in Germany claim that the clause could have been activated during the most recent winter transfer window for a fee of £ 67 million, with the price in January fell to £ 54 million.
Kane scored twice for Bayern in their 3-0 home victory against Werder Bremen on Friday and this season scored 21 goals in 19 league games.
With the brace, he has now registered 20 or more league goals for the eighth time in his career in one season and Alan Shearer's Seven, who was previously the most for every English player ever.
After the match, however, Kane said reluctantly about the issue of his contract and refused to reveal juicy details about his future.
“I don't want to talk about that. What I can say is that I am very happy at FC Bayern, “he told Sky Sports Germany.
Mail Sport previously revealed that Kane is currently very happy in Germany and is not going to activate the clause soon.
That clause can only be activated in the event that Bayern agrees to sell Kane and the striker that gives the green light to return to Spurs, a club where he is offset after he has become their highest score of all time.
Even then there are no fixed reimbursement in the determination of Tottenham, which means that the club should still negotiate with Bayern about a price before the option is exercised.
However, if a rival club ever activates its Bayern Release clause, Tottenham would have the opportunity to match the offer.
Kane has scored 213 Premier League goals, only 47 behind the record of Alan Shearer.
And Privé Kane – Knowing that the milestone is within reach – would be open one day for the possibility of breaking through the long -term record of Shearer.
For the time being Kane is completely focused on winning his very first trophy ever with Bayern this season.
The German giants are well positioned to win their 12th Bundesliga title in 13 seasons, after their 11-year-old streak when Champions was stopped by Bayer Leverkusen in the past term.
They lead the side of Xabi Alonso with nine points in the table and also stay in the Champions League, while preparing for Celtic in the Play -offs later this month.
Bayern's hope to win a domestic double was crushed in December when she bowed in the last 16 against Leverkusen from the DFB-Pokal.
A trophy this season with Bayern would be Kane's first in his illustrious 15-year career.
