Harry Kane hit two new milestones after scoring and assisting Bayern Munich in their 3-2 victory over St. Pauli on Sunday.
The German giants went to the top of the Bundesliga to deny Bayer Leverkusen as champions closer, who enjoyed an invincible campaign in 2023-24 to win the competition.
With seven games to go, the fate of Bayern is in their own hands in their attempt to bring the Bundesliga trophy back to Bavaria, after he had already confronted twice in the competition this season.
In Sunday's victory against St. Pauli, Kane opened the score in the first half to get his 22nd goal in the Bundesliga this season.
He also played a role in the second goal of Leroy Sane of the game and offered his seventh assist in the competition in 2024-25.
With his target contributions today Kane has now scored against all 19 Bundesliga teams that he played against, and he has also set more than 100 goals and assists since he came to Bayern.
The striker has added 101 target contributions in all competitions for his club since he left Spurs – 77 goals and 24 assists.
Kane completed a move to Bayern from his boy's club Tottenham in 2023 to win the first trophies of his career.
This season, the top scorer of England is at the top of the Bundesliga scorkaart with 22 goals and has scored the second most scored in the Champions League campaign 2024-25 (10).
Bayern is well positioned to win their 12th Bundesliga title in 13 seasons, after their 11-year series when Champions was stopped by Leverkusen in the previous term. They lead the Bundesliga with six points with seven more games to go.
A trophy this season with Bayern would be Kane's first in his illustrious 15-year career.
Bayern also stays in the Champions League after he swept Leverkusen aside in the last 16. They organize Inter Milan on 8 April in the first stage of their quarter -final collision.
