‘He cannot stop scoring’ – Antony scores ANOTHER worldie with stunning free-kick

Antony continued his incredible form of form since he left Manchester United with a stunning European semi -final free kick.

The Brazilian wing player has shown why Erik ten Hag released £ 86 million for his services in the summer of 2022 since he came to Real Betis in January.

Antony scored seven goals and offered four assists in 20 performances for the La Liga Club for the second stage of their Europa Conference League Semi-final with Fiorentina on Thursday evening.

And he took his count on eight goals with a sensational free kick past former Manchester United Stopper David de Gea.

The Wonderstrike was his third goal in his last three games and fired the visitors for a 3-1 total lead.

Fans of Red Devils remained stunned by the newest piece of sorcery from Antony, saying one: “Bring him back to United.”

Another said, “What an attack!”

And another said, “United will eventually take Antony back from loan and give him a wage increase at this rate.”

It was noted: “Guy is another player.”

Another chimed: “He can't stop scoring.”

Antony feels new life since he came to Betis, which he thinks was the “best” decision he has ever made.

He said: “I always say that the best decision I have ever made came to Betis.

“I am happy, and if I am happy, things will go well.

“For me it is of course important to score goals and offer assists, but being happy is even more important.

“I was here, I am very happy here and it is going very well.”

Antony's future under new Red Devils Gaffer Ruben Amorim – who led the club to the Europa League final – is unclear.

“The future? It's very early,” the former Ajax man admitted. “I don't know what will happen.

“But I'm very happy here. I have noticed that I enjoy football.

“It's crazy now, although I know how talented I am.

“So I gave priority to go where I knew I would be happy, even if I had better offers.”
