Bare Knuckle FC founder David Feldman did not friendly took the critical comments from Luke Rockhold.
Former UFC Middleweight Champion Luke Rockhold's Bare Knuckle FC debut did not go according to plan against Mike Perry in 2023. In his only BKFC fight on BKFC 41, Rockhold stopped in the middle of the second round after he had switched his teeth out thanks to Perry's wild bumps in the ring.
Perry's victory helped him push BKFC Superstardom and he is ready to make his long-awaited return to the ring later this year against a former UFC star. During his BKFC official period, he defeated the species Michael 'Venom' page, Eddie Alvarez and Rockhold.
Since leaving BKFC after the Perry fight, Rockhold is critical of turning knuckle, called a 'stupid sport' and criticized it due to the lack of technical technical way. Rockhold also scolded BKFC's vocal fan base as a 'dumb', to which the social media accounts of BKFC have given a brutal response.

David Feldman points to the hypocrisy of Luke Rockhold in BKFC comments
After the critical comments from Rockhold, it didn't take long before the head of BKFC had knowledge.
During a recent performance at the Ariel Helwani show, BKFC founder David Feldman responded to Rockhold's comments about Kale Fighting.
“This is different. [Darren Till] Said, he is – on the sport, “Feldman said about Rockhold.
“But this sport was also not for him because he chose to stop. You do not choose to be switched off in a fight, but you choose to stop. And he chose to stop, and it was just not for him.”
Feldman continued with the detail how Rockhold's comments surprised him after their cordial business transactions.
“He had no problems signing the contract prior to the fight, spoke great about the promotion all the time,” Feldman explained. “He has eliminated his teeth and I am sure that he has not done that in the other combat sports. So that was a bit shocking for him, but to say bad things about the sport in general, or even the promotion in general when we took care of him very well.
“Again, he can fight, he is a legend, but if he was eliminated by Mike Perry, I would have had a different view of this. He chose to stop.”
Rockhold varied with BKFC after his loss against Perry. The fight marked his return for combat sports after leaving the UFC in 2022, after a loss for Paulo Costa on UFC 278.
After he had closed the door when returning to bare knuckle, Rockhold weeks away from recording an old enemy of Perry in his pro box debut.
