Ian Machado Garry doubts that he and Leon Edwards once cross the paths after UFC London.
The former UFC champion Welterweight had a target on his back for a few years and eventually lost his belt to Belal Muhammad last summer and his first non-title fight in years to Sean Brady in the main event of UFC London in March.
Only 33 years old, it seems that the competition has caught up with Leon Edwards, with Brady calling him from Bel-to-Bellon for his first loss of entry.

After losing back-to-back, Machado Garry seriously doubts Edwards who is fighting again in a division full of emerging contenders such as Shavkat Rakhmonov, Jack della Maddalena, Joaquin Buckley and Carlos Prates, the next opponent of Garry on April 26.
“I think Leon went through the Swany now,” Garry said when he was asked if he will ever fight Edwards in an interview with Sky Sports.
“I think he's absolutely chewed and eaten by hunters.
“I think the fight went on the guy. I don't think he wants to fight more,” Garry added.
“I would be very surprised if you see it again in the Octagon.”
Edwards currently holds the #3 place in the UFC Welterweight Rankings, and maintains that he is 'still him' after a series of losing.

'Rocky' conquered a lot of adversity to win the UFC-Welterweight title in 2022, on a tear of 10 fights before he reached a comeback headkick Ko from Pound-for-Pond Konaru Usman on UFC 278.
Usman was a minute away from beating Edwards in a dominant decision in which Belal Muhammad ended up what he started in July at UFC 304 and took the crown by implementing a similar game plan.
In the interview, Garry was asked what he thinks of the story that Edwards is not a 'real hunter' for not dealing well with adversity.
“Belal said it. Belal did it,” Garry continued.
“Kamaru Usman said it. Kamaru Usman did it at some point and Sean Brady did the same.
“They brought it to him and he had no reaction. If it gets difficult, he stops,” Garry said about Edwards.
