‘Head high’… Jeremy Stephens reacts to hometown loss in UFC comeback fight

Jeremy Stephens did not get the birthplace that he longed for on Saturday evening.

Last month, UFC announced the shock-re-signing of the 51-Vecht veteran for UFC des Moines.

Jeremy Stephens was linked to another hunter who started his second Octagon Stint, Mason Jones.

'Lil Heathen' showed a lot of heart, but he eventually fell into a crooked decision, while all three kageside jury members scored the fight 30-27 in favor of his Welsh Personist.

Stephens corresponded to an unwanted UFC record when he slid to a 19th loss in the Octagon.

Clay Guida is the only man who has lost so often as the inhabitant of Iowa in the UFC.

Nevertheless, Stephens seemed to be satisfied in a video after the fight that was shared with his Instagram account.

The 38-year-old and his team stuck out to the song he released before UFC des Moines.

“Head high … 5-1-5 until I die,” Stephens subtitled the post.

What is the next step for Jeremy Stephens?

Van Stephens is not expected to compete again in the UFC after he has joined the company again for a deal with one fight.

An eighth loss in his last nine MMA fights will probably end his epic run in sport.

However, it is very unlikely that this is the last time that we see Stephens Trading Slows in combat sports.

In recent years he has built a new career in Kale boxing where he has a perfect 3-0 record.

After beating Eddie Alvarez in January, Stephens was squared with UFC legend Conor McGregor.

Although that fight seems far -fought, the future is rosy for Stephens, despite its loss at UFC des Moines.
