Arsenal legend Thierry Henry does not believe his former side can win the Premier League this season without significant changes.
The Gunners have not been champions of England since 2003-04, when Henry and his fellow 'Invincibles' went through the entire league campaign without losing.
But Arsenal have already lost two of their opening 16 Premier League games this season and drawn a further six, including Saturday's 0-0 stalemate at home to Everton.
That result left Mikel Arteta's team in third place in the table, six points behind leaders Liverpool, who have played one game less.
Speaking on Sky Sports on Monday Night Football, Henry suggested that Arsenal are far too predictable compared to Liverpool.
The Frenchman also claimed that the likes of Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli need to improve their decision-making in matches and that the Gunners need to start scoring more from open play.
Ex-Liverpool captain Jamie Carragher was also critical of Arsenal on Monday night, saying: 'If you look at them, they don't pass the eye test when it comes to their creative appeal.
'You see that belief from Liverpool and you have a hard time when you look at Arsenal.'
Henry continued the conversation by replying, “They're very predictable. It is excellent to score from set pieces. The last three goals in the competition have come from set pieces.
'When you see Liverpool moving forward, you understand [Joe] Gomes, [Darwin] Nunez, [Diogo] Jota runs. But with Saka you know he's going to play [Martin] Odegaard.'
Henry added that opponents have become well aware of Arsenal's playing patterns and this has made Arteta's side easier to defend against.
He continued: “If you are in trouble at Arsenal, the ball goes to Saka. Arsenal do create, but it is the choices they make.
'Martinelli knows he can tag three people if he goes in, but he goes out.
'When you look at Arsenal you think the only way they look like they're scoring is with a set piece. We didn't create much against Man United. [when two goals from corners earned a 2-0 win].
'There is no coaching problem. Nobody jumps at Arsenal anymore, but if you don't have bodies between the lines to create decoys, it becomes difficult when you give your ball to the right or left winger.
'A lot of things have to change to win the Premier League. When I watch Liverpool play it looks like they are trying to win and others look like they are trying not to lose the game.
“If you want to win the league, you have to grab it and win it. You have to find a solution.
'In my team they helped on the other side (right). Everyone has to score and be important. Freddie [Ljungberg] used to make that run between the lines and score.
'If you want to become a champion, people adapt to what you do. What are you going to take with you year after year?'
