Aston Villa have reached an agreement with Dortmund to sign their striker Donyell Malen, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Agreement reached with Borussia Dortmund for €23 million plus €3 million in additional costs.
Medical and formal steps will follow shortly to finalize the deal.
