Hojlund offered Man Utd escape route after coaches ‘lose patience’ with star

Rasmus Hojlund from Manchester United continues to struggle in the last third part and a move back to Italy can be on the maps while frustration within the walls of Old Trafford is risen.

Napoli could offer Manchester United Frontman Rasmus Hojlund a way out of the club while his targeted continues.

De Dane was signed by Erik ten Hag almost two years ago, but did not succeed in developing that much. More than £ 70 million was spent to land Hojlund from Atalanta and there was an acceptance that he was far from the completed article.

However, it was expected that he would be further in his development than he is and United, given their financial situation, could choose to cash in the 22-year-old, with the Naples outfit waiting in the wings.

Napoli would look at an advanced deal, which means that Hojlund can become the newest player who has to accept United a loss. The Italians have a working relationship with those in Manchester, who have closed a deal for Scott McTominay in the summer and talks to talk that they can return.

So far, Hojlund has only had two Premier League goals this campaign and has not scored in his last 16 games for the club, but made an impression when he was at Atalanta and Napoli boss Antonio Conte, perhaps he believes he returns to that level can get.

Frustration with Hojlund assembles, especially among different members of the coaching staff of Ruben Amorim in Manchester. The blank van de Dane Weg in Everton on Saturday led to more criticism and Hojlund was removed instead of the 17-year-old Chido Obi.

Amorim's patience wore Dun in Goodison Park and that does not seem to be an isolated incident at the coaching ticket. It was reported that one coach was mainly critical about the performance of the 22-year-old during the recent loss to Tottenham, where the team could score again.

Hojlund took until Boxing Day in his debut season to score his first Premier League goal while he kept shooting in the interior.

Scoring goals has been a big problem for the Red Devils and their recruitment did not help that. They again watched the Italian top flight in the summer when they bought Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna, but he did not live up to expectations and could also leave in the summer.

Amorim is consistently linked to a movement for Viktor Gyokeres since leaving Sporting Lisbon. However, he could be further, especially if they miss Europe, and the will of Benjamin Sesko have been advertised when potential goals come in the summer.
