It is 10 years since the UFC was last stepped in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Premier Promotion returns to the Bayou State to commemorate a 'last dance' for Dustin Poirier – a pension fight against BMF champion Max Holloway.

Carli Judice starts UFC 318 with huge knee-to-the-body Ko
The only hunter signed from the Dana White competition series Besides a loss, 'Crispy' Carli Judice has compiled back-to-back victories in the UFC.
The 26-year-old flight weight lost its UFC debut last year, since he with a Head-Trap KO and a clinical TKO victory on Nicolle Caliari on the UFC 318 Undercard in March.
It was a rather crooked fight for Judice to the finish in the third round, with Judice a beautiful knee to the liver to send Caliari to the canvas.
Judice threw 7 out of 8 Takedown attempts by Caliari and landed 117 strikes on the way to the TKO interruption.
The Louisiana -Modigte became wild about one of their own winning in a spectacular way.
Carli Judice responds to winning in Home State
When Poirier's pension fighting card was still rumor, Judice's hand shot straight up to be on.
From the competition series to her former UFC fights, Judice only fought in the massless UFC Apex, that is, so far.
You could imagine Judice's reaction to winning for her home crowd.
“I can't describe what it feels like,” Judice told Bloody Elbow and other reporters at the UFC 318 Post-Fight Press Conference.
“I am Louisiana in my home. When I walked away, I can just feel the energy. I could feel the support and feel love, and that really drove me.
“It is easy for a high pressure situation like this to fight under Dustin Poirier to start the card – it is easy to reach you, but I didn't resist.
“I let it drive and it led to the finish.
“All the support and all love … it feels great,” Judice said.
