10. Liverpool, John Henry: £4.2 billion
John W Henry is the current owner of Liverpool and heads the Fenway Sports Group, which runs both the Merseyside club and the Boston Red Sox.
Henry grew up the son of soybean farmers and used that expertise to go into business and become a multi-billionaire.

9. Chelsea, Todd Boehly: £5 billion
Boehly is the face of the new era at Stamford Bridge after leading Chelsea's £4.25 billion takeover in May 2022.
The American oversaw a whopping £1 billion spend in just three transfer windows in west London.
8. Tottenham, Joe Lewis: £5 billion
Joe Lewis first entered the business world by helping out at his father's London catering business before selling it and delving into currency trading.
He is now worth around £5 billion and invests in many companies including the £500 million ENIC Group, co-owned by Daniel Levy, which fully owns Spurs.
7. Crystal Palace, Josh Harris: £5.7 billion
Harris may only own 18 percent of Crystal Palace, but the American owner of Apollo Global Management is a major player.
He has teams in the NBA, NHL and NFL, in addition to his involvement in motorsports.
6. Aston Villa, Nassef Sawiris: £5.8 billion
Nassef Sawiris invested in Aston Villa in 2018 following their play-off defeat to Fulham.
He is the youngest of the three sons of Egyptian billionaire Onsi Sawiris, while his father founded the engineering and construction conglomerate Orascom.
5. Fulham, Shahid Khan: £9.7 billion
Like Kroenke, Shahid Khan has a keen interest in American sports as the owner of NFL side Jacksonville Jaguars.
He is also co-owner of All Elite Wrestling with son Tony.
4. Arsenal, Stan Kroenke: £12 billion
In fourth place is Arsenal boss Stan Kroenke with £12 billion.
The Gunners chief made his money through real estate development, particularly shopping centers and apartment buildings.
3. Man City, Sheikh Mansour: £17 billion
Sheikh Mansour bought the club in September 2008 and transformed them into a trophy-winning machine, culminating in the 2022-2023 Treble.
Mansour comes from the royal family in the United Arab Emirates and is both vice president and deputy prime minister of the Gulf state.
2. Man Utd, Sir Jim Ratcliffe: £29.7 billion
Sir Jim successfully acquired 25 percent of Manchester United just over a year ago.
The lifelong supporter made his billions through his petrochemical company Ineos, which has dipped into the sport to buy stakes in Ligue 1 side Nice, Switzerland's Lausanne and F1 team Mercedes.

The outspoken entrepreneur's net worth depends on the value of his companies Tesla and SpaceX, but he is currently the richest man in the world.
He also owns Twitter and has recently become a political player after befriending newly elected President Donald Trump.
1. Newcastle, Saudi Arabia PIF: £538 billion
By far at the top of the pile is the Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund.
The PIF invests on behalf of the country's government and therefore has astronomical cash reserves, with a latest estimate of around £538 billion.
