How Man Utd could line up vs Tottenham with ELEVEN first-team stars out

Manchester United could be forced to place a misfit XI against Tottenham with eleven stars from the first team injured.

Amad Diallo became the newest big name to put himself offside after a single cigament injury.

The winger is now expected to miss the rest of the season.

And he is not the only big name that will not appear in North Londs on Sunday.

United -midfielder Kobbie Mainoo recovers from a muscle tension.

While colleagues Manuel Ugarte and Toby Collyer are both big doubts, because United is avoiding a third defeat for Spurs this season.

Elsewhere Mason Mount remains together with goalkeepers Tom Heaton and Altay Bayindir.

While defenders Lisandro Martinez, Luke Shaw, Jonny Evans and Victor Lindelof will not play a part tomorrow either.

It means that boss Ruben Amorim has left a small amount of options against Spurs.

Andre Onana starts a possible combination between the sticks, with a three-man defense by Leny Yoro, Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui.

Diogo Dalot and Patrick Dorgu could start as the wingbacks, although it is still too viewed on which flank they will be.

In midfield, Amorim may have no choice but to turn to veterans Casemiro and Christian Eriksen.

During the attack, Captain Bruno Fernandes was able to get the nod alongside Alejandro Garnacho and Joshua Zirkzee.

However, there are several other options for Amorim to choose from.

Harry Maguire and Rasmus Hojlund will also insist on Starts.

While Teen Doal Sensation Chido Obi could get an attempt after impressing the youth side of United.

He is one of the five children who travel to London with the seniors.

Sekou Kone, Harry Amass, Jack Moorhouse and Elyh Harrison could still play a role on Sunday.

But with Spurs to welcome no fewer than six senior players from an injury, including Guglielmo Vicario and James Maddison, Amorim will probably prefer the few senior options that are available to him.
