Since he was cut after a loss for Michael Johnson, the 42-year-old has won only one victory.
In 2025 he will be on a loss of 10 fights with high-profile defeats for former double UFC Middleweight champion Israel Adesanya and former interim-light weight title holder Justin Gaethje.

Melvin Guillard loses again
The Post-Puc-Run by Melvin Guillard reached a new low point when he fought against Josiah Harrell on Saturday evening.
The undefeated prospect, which was drawn briefly at the UFC before it was cut because he needed brain surgery, made it easy when he extended his undefeated record to 9-0 in Ohio Combat League 38.
Images of Harrell's first round behind naked Choke entry victory are shared on social media.
It showed Guillard on his head after he was felt by Harrell in the Megacorp Pavilion in Newport, Kentucky.
Fans beg Melvin Guillard to retire
Fans gathered in the commentary part to express their concern about Guillard after another bad loss.
