Nathan Cook has one of the most interesting stories in combat sports, and this Saturday he will announce himself on the worldwide stage at Glory 99.
After his impressive career at the regional scene in the UK, earlier this year Nathan Cook had a one -off chance to compete in Glorie, the largest kickboxing promotion in the world.
Not only that, but 'The Ax' will be involved in the 'The Last Man Standing' tournament of the promotion, one of the largest tournaments in combat sports.
32 Heavyweight Hunters enter the tournament, all fighting to the same goal, to win the $ 1 million prize at the end.

Of the 32 hunters in the tournament, Cook is seen as one of the most inexperienced with only nine professional fights and a record of 7-2.
However, it is because of his career outside fighting that the 28-year-old is not as active as some of the other hunters in the tournament.
Day by day the British hunter has a career in osteopathy, which may sound bizarre for a hunter who allows as much damage as possible as he can.
“It's a bit of a contrast, I always make jokes that I spend my days repairing and breaking my evenings,” said Cook during an exclusive interview with Bloody Elbow.
“I am a specialist in health care. I almost say people not to do the things I do, but it's good,” he went on.
Some assume that the career of Cook outside the ring would only hinder its approach, but he believes that it actually helps him in the ring and gives him a more methodical approach.
“I think it gives me a different approach, I have a pretty methodical and complicated objective view of fighting, I see it as a science,” Cook explained.
Cook to use the second career as an extra motivation to win the $ 1 million
Although the 28-year-old has admitted that it can sometimes be difficult to balance his two careers, he uses it as an extra motivation to continue and win the $ 1 million prize.
“I think that is probably one of the biggest differences with me and the boys who are more in Glory is that I still have to work a full -time job and work quite long.
“I like to be an osteopath, I think I will always have a bit of a foot, such as keeping track of all my old patients, but this can change my life and I just want to put my mark on it and everyone who thinks: who is this guy?” Know who I am, “said Cook.
The Brit takes on Anis Bouzid, one of the more experienced hunters in the tournament with a professional record of 45-4.
