Ian Wright has given insight into what Ebereechi Eze returned to Boyhood Club Arsenal for his family after the Gunners Tottenham's attempt to sign the attacker hijacked
Ian Wright has revealed how close to Ebereechi Eze was to become a member of Tottenham and the role that his family played in his final move to Arsenal. Eze has become the seventh signing of the summer of the summer and brings their expenditure to £ 250 million.

After the emotional introduction of Eze and the victory over Leeds, Mikel Arteta appealed to the lightning speed of the transfer. He said: “It was one of the fastest transfers, I would say. And one of the most unexpected. But it showed an incredible determination.
“I didn't get any news on the phone today, so I thought it didn't happen. But at the last minute they still succeeded in getting it done. It created some flames, some fire in the stadium, and that was great to see. He has the capacity to create magical moments.”
