Ibo Aslan landed 32 unanswered punches in epic 51-second KO win against undefeated fighter

Ibo Aslan hopes to prove that this weekend he is a legitimate, light heavyweight title candidate.

Alex Pereira will defend his 205LB -Riem against Magomed Ankalaev on UFC 313 on March 8.

For this Ibo Aslan will be confronted with ION Cuțelaba in the toughest test of his 14-1 MMA career.

The light heavyweight duo comes together on Saturday evening in a long -awaited UFC Seattle scrap.

Ibo Aslan unleashed hell on the last UFC opponent

Fans started taking Aslan seriously after his fight against Raffael Cerqueira on UFC 308 in October.

Before Ilia Topuria Max Holloway turned off in the main event, 'The Last Ottoman' set up a ruthless display in Abu Dhabi.

The perfect 11-0 record of Cerqueira was destroyed because he was eliminated four times in 51 seconds.

The last series saw Aslan Land 32 unanswered bumps while his rival covered the fence.

Referee Marc Goddard eventually came in to save Cerqueira, who seemed to be on his feet.

Aslan immediately started to celebrate wild with the UFC 308 -he was impressed by his knockout.

Now he has been booked to face 'The Hulk', who was famous to one of the most controversial stop settlements in the MMA history after he pretended to be erased during his first fight with Magomed Ankalaev in February 2020.

Aslan still has a lot of work to do, but he is already looking ahead to a potential collision with Alex Pereira.

The 28-year-old is excited to see if he is getting harder than the reigning king of the 205LB division.

“The UFC already knows that I am the future rising star,” Aslan said in the aftermath of UFC 308.

“This is just the beginning. I don't want to hurry. Every opponent, everything has its time and step, step, step – then become champions.

'[Alex Pereira] is a great champion. I like him. I wish him the very best. Don't know [if I hit harder than him]. Don't know. We have to see this in the cage.

“I'm ready. I have no injuries, nothing. I don't feel like I fought tonight. My warming up was longer than my fight. I'll take tomorrow [to] Rest and Monday I will start training again. “
