Erling Haaland promised to return with a revenge after he learned that he will be sidelined for up to seven weeks with an ankle injury.
Haaland had to be withdrawn into the second half of the 2-1 FA Cup Quarter final victory of Manchester City on Sunday on Bournemouth on Sunday, shortly after the Equalizer scoring.
Subsequently, Pep Guardiola confirmed that Haaland will miss between five and seven weeks of action, although he should be back for the World Cup Club.
That means that he will hold at least Premier League matches against Leicester City, Manchester United, Crystal Palace, Everton and Wolves.
He will also miss the semi -final collision of the City with Nottingham Forest at the end of April, although he may be suitable for appearing in the final on 17 May, when the men of Guardiola move forward.
On Wednesday, Haaland shared an image of himself on crutches on his social media channels, next to the caption: “I am back”.
Despite the fact that City falls from the Premier League title turn in 2024-25, Haaland has continued its deadly form for the goal.
This season he has 30 goals in 40 games in all competitions, with only Robert Lewandowski (38), Kylian Mbappe, Harry Kane (both 33), Mohamed Salah and Ousmane Dembele (both 32) more among all players from Europe's top five leagues.
Haaland is the first player to score at least 30 goals in each of his first three seasons while he played for a Premier League club since Ruud van Nistelrooy did this for Manchester United from 2001-02 to 2003-04.
He also registered his 100th Premier League target involvement prior to the international break (84 goals, 16 assists) in just 94 performances.
That is less than any other player needs a century, with Alan Shearer previously holding the record, his first 100 contributions in his first 100 games.

Since Haaland came to Borussia Dortmund in 2022, City has won 66% of their Premier League matches with the Norwegian in their starting line -up (62/94).
Interesting is that City has a better profit percentage without starting and eight of the 11 games wins for a ratio of 72.7%.
They also have just as many goals on average without Haaland started (2.3 per game) as with him.
Haaland missed almost two months due to injuries between December 2023 and January 2024, and City was unbeaten by 11 games in all games in that spell (10 wins, one draw), and also lifted the club World Cup trophy.
