In an interview with Téléfoot, the Paris Saint-Germain striker Désiré Doué (19) was asked how he felt about comparisons with Real Madrid Vooruit Kylian Mbappé (25).
Comparisons were created between the two players in the media because of the impact they had in their first seasons with PSG and the circumstances in which they have their transfers to the French capital. Both Doué and Mbappé came to Les Parisiens when they were 18. The leader of France may have made a greater impression when he moved to the Ligue 1 champions, but the former Rennes attacker is largely impressed by Luis Enrique.
Although it does not start every match for PSG this season, the 19-year-old is still impressed by the opportunities that were offered to him. The attacking midfielder scored 8 goals and registered 8 assists in 37 performances. When asked to be compared to the former PSG attacker, Doué said: “I was told about the comparisons, but I am Désiré Doué, Kylian is Kylian. He is a sensational player and has already done a lot in football. I try to create my own path.”
