Mike Tyson has received a lot of criticism for his performance against Jake Paul last Friday in his comeback to professional boxing.
Despite being 58 years old, Mike Tyson made his comeback to professional boxing last Friday when he took on Jake Paul in what will go down as one of the greatest combat sports events of all time.
'Iron Mike' unfortunately suffered a unanimous decision loss, but after the fight the boxing icon emotionally revealed that he still saw it as a win due to the adversity he had to overcome during his fight camp.
Tyson admitted he almost died in June and had to undergo eight blood transfusions, making his comeback even more controversial.

The Game defends Mike Tyson after criticism of his performance
While it was seen as a victory that Tyson didn't suffer a brutal knockout loss, he was criticized not only by much of the boxing fanbase, but also by fellow fighters.
Former multi-time boxing champion Terence Crawford recently criticized Tyson, stating that the 58-year-old looked 'dirty' in the ring.
However, award-winning American rap icon The Game has jumped to the defense of 'Iron Mike', saying he is proud of the former heavyweight champion for his comeback to boxing.
“I see all these weird celebrities saying Mike looked bad, this was sad and disgusting, etc… y'all are crazy. I saw a 58 year old legend play 8 rounds with a 27 year old in front of the world in a sold out football stadium and walk away with $20 million,” The Game began to explain in a tweet on X. .
“His dignity and another achievement, according to him, were for HIM alone. I'm proud of you champion!” The game continued.
What's next for Mike Tyson after the recent loss to Jake Paul?
Before his comeback fight against 'The Problem Child', Tyson hinted at a potential 'full comeback' to boxing and talked about possible fights against the likes of Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua.
Despite that, after the disappointment of his performance, the 58-year-old is unlikely to stand up to the line of young fighters likely to want to share the ring with him.
However, immediately after his loss while still in the ring, Tyson admitted that he is not ready to completely put a stop to his boxing career, and that he may continue to fight in the field of influencer boxing.
Fans are now even more hopeful than before the fight that Tyson will officially announce his retirement from the sport, but time will tell how involved the 58-year-old wants to remain.
