'The Tarantula' has officially stopped; With Jalin Turner, an emotional goodbye to his fans on social media now shares after a defeat at UFC 313.

After his loss of submission to Ignacio Bahamonde's last weekend in Las Vegas, 'The Tarantula' seemed to retire when he finished his gloves – even though his team apparently tried to talk to him from announcing his retirement.

Turner would then break down in tears while explaining the decision to stop after the UFC 313 event, which showed that he had considered his exit for most of a year.

Three days after he announced his retirement of MMA, Jalin Turner has now written an emotional explanation in which he thanked his family and fan base for their non -repellent support.

“Thanks for all love and support! I started training MMA at the age of 18 -in 2013 I started training in my back garden, a social, La Born, that is, the raised child without a path and a big dream. God opened the door to MMA when I didn't know where to go differently.

“I gave myself 4 years to fight in a big promotion and then I did the 5th year that I came to the UFC in 2018 … Picked up the top 10 in the toughest division … I made it in a video game … looking back it doesn't really feel.”

Turner scored seven big wins in the UFC -Tachthoek and earned himself two 'version of the Night' bonuses with striking finishes about Brad Riddell in 2022 and King Green in 2023.

Unfortunately, 'The Tarantula' experienced a stop-start-last few years in the promotion, with 1-4 in his last five fighting-included a wild comeback loss in which he had run away from his Ko'd opponent.

“I love you all. I am sorry that I had expected my focus and fire earlier than ever, “Turner continued.

“29 years old is on my good side. I wish I could answer everyone's messages. Just know that all positivity helped me more than you all know that I appreciate it all!

“Things can change … We will see what the future has in store.”

Dana White responds to Jalin Turner's decision to retire after UFC 313

Turner's decision to stop after UFC 313 received a mixed reaction from the global MMA community.

On the one hand, fans argued that 'De Tarantula' (on 29 years old) is still enough in the tank, while others agree with the opinion that it was time for Turner to hang the gloves forever.

UFC CEO Dana White is in the camp 'Retirement Now'.

“Yes, he shouted through the cage against me,” Dana White shared at the UFC 313 Post-Fight Press Conference.
