Merab Dvalishvili has registered higher figures than Khabib Nurmagomedov in one specific area.
In his fantastic career, 'The Eagle' confirmed his status as one of the greatest of all time, with the help of his phenomenal gripping skills to dominate his opponents.
He was also not bad in trash, where Khabib made a brutal remark to Dustin Poirier during their fight.
However, Dvalishvili can have the bragging about him, or at least that is what the fans of the UFC Bantamweight Champion think.

Merab Dvalishvili has shot for more Takedowns than Khabib Nurmagomedov
Since his arrival at the UFC, Merab Dvalishvili has made a huge splash and destroyed his rivals with his non -repellent working speed.
In a message that Velutamma uploaded to Twitter, the Georgian apparently shot for 121 Takedowns, which is seven more than Khabib Nurmagomedov, who tried 114.
This has sent both sets supporters in overdrive, where the opposite fan bases go to the commentary section to argue about who the better grappler is.
A DvalishVili enthusiast argued: “He is much better in removal than Khabib ever was”, while another added: “He is another animal, his gas tank is of this world. In his fight versus Umar Nurmagomedov, through the fifth round, he does not even tired, despite active on the hand for five rounds.”
Proponents of 'The Eagle', however, believe that this statistics only paints the image that their hero was much more effective.
A fan of Nurmagomedov wrote: “Khabib needed less because he ended more”, while a second shouted: “That's because the opponents of Khabib rarely rise.” A third stated: “And Dvalishvilis did nothing to them, Khabib has turned off his opponents, she choked. Merab is just a man with a crazy gas tank.”
UFC legend says that Georges St-Pierre Khabib Nurmagomedov would have defeated
Regardless of who is entitled in the argument, both Dvalisvhili and Nurmagomedov are incredible jokes, with 'the machine' a legacy that is related to the great Russian.
However, as good as the former UFC Lightweight Champion is, one MMA icon has his reservations about whether he could have defeated Georges-St-Pierre.
The hunter in question, who has been trained with 'Rush', is adamant to know how that collision would have disappeared.
The former World Title Challenger explained why St-Pierre would have defeated Nurmagomedov.
