Everton has made important plans for their historic Goodison Park -House.
The Toffees will leave their stadium of 133 years for Bramley Moore Dock at the end of the season.
From the beginning of the next term, the side of David Moyes plays about two miles southwest of their traditional Goodison -based.
But that does not mean that they allow their community to be forgotten.
Everton, who plays Liverpool on Wednesday evening in the last Merseyside Derby in their historic home, submitted the Goodison Legacy project to the local government in April 2020.
The plan includes various ways in which the site of 3.39 hectares can remain an important community active beyond the departure of the toffees.
Everton's plans are intended to offer affordable and social housing with 10 new development blocks with 173 residential units.
A new health center will also be built, in addition to residential care institutions and an educational facility.
The project undertakes to build a park and offers new green spaces for locals.
While new office spaces can offer vacancies for the locals.

Everton has also committed itself to keeping many memories of the important footprint of the club in the area.
The famous statue of club legend Dixie Dean will remain instead of being moved to Bramley Moore Dock.
While the iconic Southwest Gates of Goodison Park will also remain seated.
Everton's new £ 760 million Bramley Moore Dock Home is set at a capacity of 52,888.
It opens its doors for the first time next Monday, because the Toffees' Under-18s host Wigan.
The friendly competition will serve as a test event for the new stadium, with 10,000 spectators who are present.
Two more test events are planned prior to the full opening at the start of next season.
In the meantime, a “Farewell to Goodison” festival will take place between 30 May and 1 June.
The event will appear from club legends, as well as live music.
