A football stadium opened by Sir Alex Ferguson is for sale for just £500,000.
The Valley Road ground was home to Manchester-based Flixton FC.
The once popular club was founded in 1960, but disbanded in 2012 after falling on hard times.
Flixton last played in the North West Counties Football League Premier Division but reached the Northern Premier League in the 1990s.
After the club dissolved, the Valley Road ground was left vacant after being opened in 1995 by Manchester United legend Fergie.
It has not been completely out of use since, as Sunday League matches have been played.
Luke Littler's friend and popular YouTuber AngryGinge, real name Morgan Burtwistle, has used the ground for an under-18s team he manages.
The land will go under the hammer next week after being listed on property website Rightmove.
SDL Property Auctions, part of Eddisons, has set a guide price of £500,000.
The auction will open for 24 hours on January 22, with bidders hoping to gain ground.
Eddison national director Andy Thompson has suggested the aim is to retain the ground for a football club rather than redevelop it.
He said: 'We've had good interest.
“It is important that we have had interest from the sports world.
“People who want to keep it as a football club and as a community site rather than it being targeted by housing developers, even though we have had a broad mix of interest.”
The winning bidder will claim the land, as well as a spacious two-story clubhouse, parking lot and locker rooms.
They will also purchase a former practice field on the six-acre site.
