The young striker is currently on Series B Spezia from Inter Milan this season.
Inter has announced that Esposito has now signed a new deal until 2030.
The 19-year-old is an Italian U21 international and has been suffering with Spezia for the past two seasons.
Esposito has been at Inter since the U14s.
