Islam Makhachev can be on its way to a Headliner of the White House if he claims that good weight gold and is confronted with one of his old rivals.
The former lightweight champion gave up his belt to go to 170 pounds and follow the title of Jack della Maddalena. That move was able to move in Topuria to move in and scoop the 155 pound belt, and became a world champion two division.
However, there is still a question from fans to see that super fight, where the Georgian looks at a potential move to Welterweight to pursue an unprecedented third title. And he thinks that if Makhachev gets the belt, they can be perfect headliners for the White House card of the UFC.

Ilia Topuria has been chasing Islam Makhachev for a long time, but it seemed that the fight died when the Russian increased to good weight. “You versus Islam on the map of the White House would be insane,” host Kyle Feneaear noted. “Would you like to fight at the White House?” Topuria replied: “Why not, I would like to fight for the United States of America, we will see what will happen.”
When Forgeard said it would be a perfect timing for a fight with Makhachev and asked what weight they would fight, Topuria replied: “Once you try to go, you never want to come back. It's hell, I had to go through hell when I cut the weight in 145 pounds.
“Now that I have decided to stay in 155 pounds, it is like two different worlds, I have been able to enjoy the whole process. I have been happier.”

The first plan that seemed to be for the huge showcase was that Jon Jones would return and be confronted with a heavyweight champion next summer. Dana White, however, gave cold water to that idea and noted that they cannot afford something wrong for such a controversial show.
