Islam Makhachev says he has an offer from the UFC
Islam Makhachev is the reigning king of the light weights, with an abundance of contenders of his own division, as well as featherweight and welterweight, to hire him.
Currently, the rumor mill is full of potential paths that could fall the icon, with some hopeful that he will defend his belt against Ilia Topuria, while others would like to see the Grappler going up a weight class and Upal Muhammad.
Regardless of who is opposed to him during Fight Night, it seems that Makhachev's next trip to the Octagon will be a big one, with the grappler that responds to Dana White and claims that 'something special' is around the corner.
In an interview with Match TV he is enthusiastic: “I can't announce it yet, but there is an offer where we have to sit and think with the team, because there are options.”
